The Savinelli wood accessories line is made in Italy by craftsmen who use only solid blocks of wood as opposed to the glued pieces seen from other manufacturers. Bases are made of a single piece as are ashtrays, stands etc. This makes for a more attractive and functional piece and eliminates color differentiation within a single item.
